ToughSteel Event
Open Day
ToughSteel is a European project funded under the frame of the Research Fund for Coal and Steel (RFCS) programme. The main aim of ToughSteel is the dissemination and valorisation of fracture toughness as a material property to rationalise crack-related problems in Advanced High Strength Steels.
During the ToughSteel project Open Day we presented the ToughSteel project and main expected outcomes, including a database on fracture toughness data or a user guideline describing methodologies of fracture toughness evaluations in sheet metals based on research developed.
In addition, we presented the calendar of events for the industry and academic community (workshops, trainings, etc.) of the following months.
