D5.5 is produced in the context of WP5, task 5.6 Open call and “Problems Solving” Workshops. It aims to illustrate the Open Call Guidelines created to describe the procedures for application, evaluation and contracting of the ToughSteel OpenCall launched on October 1, 2022.
