AIM

About

Associazione Italiana di Metallurgia (AIM) was founded in 1946 as a non-profit cultural society,that has as an objective the dissemination of science and technology related to metals and others materials for engineering. AIM organises courses, seminars, national and international conferences for producers, users and researchers involved in the metallurgical field. AIM publishes a monthly digital technical-scientific journal called La Metallurgia Italiana – International Journal of the Italian Association for Metallurgy, which is read by its over 2000 members (enterprises, industrial and academic experts). AIM activities are planned and organised by its 20 technical committees, which are focused on the main areas of metallurgy.

Contribution to ToughSteel

AIM is mostly involved in ToughSteel Training Activities and in particular in the organization of industrial workshops.
